Standard Return Policy

At XINGYUE GEM, we want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping with us. We offer a 30-day return and exchange policy from the delivery date.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled before production or shipment begins for in-stock items.

Once production has started, custom-made or personalized orders generally cannot be canceled. If a cancellation is approved, material and processing costs may apply.

Return & Exchange Instructions

Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from scratches or signs of wear.
Items must not have been resized, altered, or modified.
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted. Please contact our customer service team to obtain the correct return address.
All original packaging, accessories, certificates, and promotional gifts (if applicable) must be included.
Customers are responsible for return and reshipping costs for personal preference returns and exchanges.

Important Notes

Custom-made, personalized, engraved, and specially manufactured jewelry is generally not eligible for return or exchange for personal reasons.
Clearance and final-sale items are not eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns due to personal preference, including orders with free or discounted shipping.
Wholesale and specially negotiated bulk orders are not eligible for standard returns unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos or videos.
If an issue is confirmed to be caused by our error or a manufacturing defect, XINGYUE GEM will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
