Everything you need to know before joining a Xingyuegem Group Buy.
Q: What is a Xingyuegem Group Buy?
A: It is a limited-time group purchase deal for designated jewelry.
Ready-made products are in stock for instant shipment; out-of-stock styles will be mass-produced collectively based on accumulated orders within the activity period.
Consolidated production reduces costs, enabling special lower group-buy prices.
Q: Why is the Group Buy price lower?
A: Because many buyers order the same style of jewelry at the same time, we avoid paying design fees, gemstone sorting fees, and production preparation fees repeatedly. Centralized mass production reduces our manufacturing costs, so we can offer more favorable group purchase prices to all buyers.
Q: Is this ready-to-ship jewelry?
A: Our group-buying items are divided into two categories:
items marked “in stock” can be shipped immediately after the group-buying ends;
non-in stock items will be made to order.
All optional specifications, such as material, gemstones, size, and color, will be displayed on the product page.
Q:How do I join a Group Buy?
A: Choose the Group Buy item, select the available options, and place your order before the order window closes. After your order is confirmed, our team will review the details and contact you if anything needs confirmation.
Q: Is there a deadline to join?
A: Yes. Each Group Buy is open for a limited time. Once the order window closes, the group price may no longer be available, and the item may return to regular pricing or become unavailable.
Q: Does the price change if more people join?
A: For some Group Buys, the price may already be set at the best available group price. For others, pricing may depend on the final number of participants or material cost at the time of production. If a specific Group Buy has tiered pricing, we will clearly show it on the product page.
Q: Can I customize a Group Buy item?
Small customizations may be available, such as ring size, metal color, stone color, stone type, chain length, or engraving, depending on the design. Major design changes may require a separate custom order and may not qualify for the Group Buy price.
Q: Can I request a different stone or metal?

Q: Will I receive a CAD before production?
For designs that require CAD confirmation, we will provide a CAD for review before production begins. Please check all details carefully, including size, stone shape, setting style, and measurements. Production will begin after the CAD is confirmed.
Q: Can I cancel after placing a Group Buy order?
Because Group Buy pieces are made to order, cancellation is usually only possible before CAD work or production begins. Once your order has entered CAD, stone preparation, or production, cancellation may not be available.
Q: How long does production take?
Production time varies by design, material, and order volume. Most made-to-order Group Buy pieces take several weeks to complete. If the design requires CAD approval, the production timeline starts after the CAD is confirmed.
Q: Will I see photos or videos before shipping?
Yes. After your jewelry is finished, we can provide quality-check photos or videos before shipping. This helps you review the finished piece before it leaves our workshop.
Q: Are Group Buy items returnable?
Because Group Buy items are made to order based on your selected options, they are generally not returnable unless there is a confirmed quality issue. Please review the product details, size, material, and stone options carefully before placing your order.
Q: What happens if my ring size or chain length is wrong?
Please make sure your size is correct before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order. Resizing or length adjustment may be possible for some items, but additional fees may apply depending on the design and material.
Q: Are Group Buy prices the same as regular website prices?
Not always. Group Buy prices are based on a specific order window, production batch, material cost, and group order quantity. Regular website prices, old prices, or past Group Buy prices may be different.
