Q: What materials do you use in your jewelry?
A: We pride ourselves on offering a wide range of high-quality, beautiful materials to suit every preference. Our pieces are crafted with:
Gemstones: We offer a curated selection of Moissanite, lab-grown diamonds, natural gemstones, and lab-created gemstones.
Metals: Our settings are made from precious metals including Sterling Silver (S925), 10K, 14K, and 18K solid gold (available in yellow, white, and rose), as well as Platinum. All are nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
Q: Do your diamonds and gemstones come with a certificate?
A: Yes, they do. We believe in complete transparency and authenticity.
- Lab-Grown Diamonds: All lab-grown diamonds of 1 carat or larger come with an IGI or GIA certificate.
- Finished Jewelry: For any finished piece of jewelry, you can request an GRC or NGIC certificate for an additional fee to cover the certification cost. Please contact our support team to arrange this.
Q: Do you offer custom designs?
A: Absolutely! We specialize in bringing your unique vision to life. We offer two ways to get your perfect piece:
- Made to Oder Designs : The jewelry you see on our website are popular designs we have crafted before. Ordering these directly is faster and more cost-effective as it reduces design and communication time.
- Fully Custom Designs: For a truly one-of-a-kind piece, you can submit a custom design request. From a simple idea to a complete sketch, our designers will work with you from the ground up. We also offer free engraving to add that special personal touch.
Production & Shipping
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All of our jewelry is meticulously handcrafted by our skilled artisans and shipped directly from our workshop in Mainland China.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Our total delivery time is a combination of preparation and shipping.
- Preparation Time: Most of our products are in stock. After your order is placed, we will conduct quality inspection and packaging, which usually takes 1-2 business days before shipment.
- Shipping Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Q: Which shipping companies do you use?
A: Our primary shipping partners are FedEx and DHL—both are known for their speed and reliability. If you have a special request for a different carrier, let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We are happy to offer free, expedited international shipping on almost all orders. The only exception is for certain “Special Offer” items, which will have a flat shipping fee of $35.

A: For our valued customers in the United States, orders valued under $800 are generally exempt from any import duties or taxes. If your order is over $800, you may be responsible for import fees.

A: Yes. While many jewelers consider custom pieces final sale, we stand by our quality. If your custom piece has any quality defects or craftsmanship issues, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange under our 90-day policy.
